The Good News: Earthworm Jim is back, and is still being developed by Shiny!
The Bad News: Dave Perry's not there for the time being, and Atari still owns the publishing rights. Then again, given the last two Matrix games from Atari and Shiny, perhaps Perry's departure and Atari's intent to sell the team are good things ;)
Well, at least the new Jim game isn't being developed by these guys again (they made Earthworm Jim 3D).
