Chrome Users!


  1. Go to chrome://plugins
  2. Disable Flash (in my case, 11.4 r31)
  3. Go to http://adobe.com/go/EN_US-H-GET-FLASH
  4. Download and install Flash (11.4 r402)
  5. Enjoy a Chrome that can open links in new tabs without issue!
